International Health Certificates

Elite Veterinary Care provides international health certificates in conjunction with Starwood Animal Transport. We require that clients retain Starwood Animal Transport to review requirements and prepare documents for international destinations. We will provide vaccines, internal and external parasite treatment and health exams by an accredited veterinarian. We will work with Starwood Animal Transport to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner to allow departure on a scheduled date.

Starwood Travel services include veterinary document review and preparation, USDA endorsement, transport to the airline, and flight booking. They can also coordinate Customs Clearance and delivery to the pet's final destination. You can request a quote on their website below.
